Besides the above, the receptionist was nice.The view was beautiful, good location. The bed was super comfortable and the shower as well.

This hotel is a 10 for the location I was looking for - the beach. It also has a tram station and plenty of eatery’s around it. It is an older hotel and I understand how hard it is to keep up these hotels. A few licks of paint needed on the balcony but the beds-air conditioning- table area with chair-Tv were perfect. Bathroom small but was there for the weather and location not to stay in. The balcony room really made the stay and some people had dinner in out on the balcony. The gentleman on reception was very nice and helpful.
